Returns & Exchanges

At TCGStadium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and accessories. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TCGStadium account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
